Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking BC/BE Physician Assistants for Interventional Pain Management positions in Bangor, Maine.

As a provider within the Interventional Pain Management Clinic, you will play an integral role in helping to alleviate the debilitating pain our patients live with day-in and day-out, often preventing them from performing their activities of daily living.  It is also extremely rewarding to see our patients gain an improved quality of life and increased functionality without the use of opioids.

Job duties, will include:

• Following our patients to identify their response to procedures and determine an appropriate continued plan of care and medication management planning.
• Consenting patients for procedures they are going to have.
• Assisting with triaging patient referrals.
• Rounding on inpatients who have had pump implants for cancer pain.
