Early Bird Discounts expire on 2/1/2026, payment must be received before 2/2/26 for this rate. Payments received after 2/2/26 for less than the total registration due will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Exhibitors are not permitted to utilize the discounted hotel room blocks; these are for registered attendees only. While this is the off season for hotels in Maine, we recommend that you book your room at the AC Hotel as early as possible.
Exhibitors unable to pay by card on website are still encouraged to complete the online application and then close the browser tab to save their registration as "pending". When we receive check via mail this will be manually completed, and you will receive a receipt via the email provided.

This program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers plan to apply for 14.0 AAPA Category 1 CME credits from the AAPA Review Panel. The total number of approved credits is yet to be determined.

Include ACLS Certification Renewal with Acute Care Workshop

Participants needing renewal of their American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification (ACLS) can complete their hands-on skills testing and recertification at this workshop. You will need to complete the online HeartCode ACLS course through American Heart Association (sold separately through AHA) in advance and bring a copy of your certificate with you when you come to the course.
